Bji Baji Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Bji Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Bji Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at bjibaji.click and all associated services including the live casino, sports betting, slots, card games, fishing games, and any other gaming or entertainment products offered through the platform.

By registering an account on Bji Baji, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If there is any part of these Terms that you do not understand or do not agree with, you must not register an account or use the platform.

Bji Baji reserves the right to update, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and your continued use of the Bji Baji platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the Bji Baji platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bji Baji operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any balance will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or prior ban that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not have a prior account at Bji Baji that has been suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not unlawful under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your own legal position before using Bji Baji.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Bji Baji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, pending balances will be reviewed, and bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your Bji Baji account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your current mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must keep this information current. Bji Baji is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including failed withdrawals sent to incorrect payment details.

3.3 Identity Verification

Bji Baji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a clear photograph of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back — before making withdrawals. Additional documentation including proof of payment method ownership may be requested at the discretion of the Bji Baji compliance team. Verification is typically completed within minutes during normal operating hours. Accounts that are unable to complete verification may have withdrawal access suspended.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Bji Baji account credentials. You must not share your password, login details, or account access with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify Bji Baji support immediately. We strongly recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options on your account.

04 Deposits & Payments

Bji Baji accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bji Baji does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at Bji Baji is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your Bji Baji wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT transfers and bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact Bji Baji support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to your Bji Baji account, you warrant that the funds belong to you and that they originate from a lawful source. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. Bji Baji reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from your Bji Baji account is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Bji Baji processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 to 4 business hours depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawals are sent in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

5.3 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed the KYC process, your withdrawal will be placed in a pending queue until verification is completed. Bji Baji will not unreasonably delay the KYC process — in most cases it is completed within minutes of document submission during normal operating hours.

5.4 Active Bonus Conditions

If you have an active bonus balance on your account, withdrawing your real-money balance before completing the associated wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings. Your original deposited funds and any real-money winnings not derived from bonus funds can always be withdrawn at any time without restriction.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts at Bji Baji have no published upper withdrawal limit per transaction. However, very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification and may be processed in tranches at the discretion of the Bji Baji finance team. VIP account holders benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits and priority processing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bji Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions for registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page and these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Bji Baji accounts are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which any uncompleted bonus balance expires. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The welcome bonus can be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements at Bji Baji are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and sports bets 100% at minimum odds of 1.50 (1/2). 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bji Baji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using mathematical strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, colluding with other players to generate qualifying activity, or any other behaviour that Bji Baji reasonably determines is not consistent with good-faith participation in a promotion.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any single bonus offer is Rs 100,000. Any bonus winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account at the point of withdrawal request. Cash bonuses (such as cashback) with no wagering requirement are exempt from this cap.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Bji Baji platform — including live casino, slots, card games, fishing games, sports betting, and all other titles — are governed by the rules published within the game interface or game provider documentation. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

7.1 Bets and Outcomes

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on Bji Baji, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed by the player. All game outcomes on Bji Baji are determined by either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or physical dealing processes in the case of live dealer tables. Both are independently certified and audited. Bji Baji does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or connectivity failure during a game session, Bji Baji will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the session fairly. Where a complete reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. Bji Baji is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside of our reasonable control, including issues on the player's end such as device failure or internet disconnection.

7.3 Palpable Errors

Bji Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that are the result of a palpable error — including pricing errors, system errors, or human error in setting game parameters. Where bets are voided under this provision, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bji Baji platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any account balance, and the reporting of your activity to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access game content, or manipulate game outcomes
• Cheating, collusion with other players, or coordinating with third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent payment methods, or payment methods that do not belong to you
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms or minimum odds requirements
• Impersonating another player or member of the Bji Baji team
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any live casino chat function
• Registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Providing false information during account registration or the KYC verification process

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Bji Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Suspected collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software
• Reasonable grounds to believe that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction
• At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Bji Baji will communicate the reason to the account holder via the registered contact details as soon as it is practicable to do so. Players may appeal suspension decisions by contacting Bji Baji support with supporting documentation. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Bji Baji collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering a Bji Baji account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process financial transactions, and fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. All stored data is protected using AES-256 encryption and is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.

You have the right to access a copy of the personal data Bji Baji holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. 11 Responsible Gaming

Bji Baji takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we are committed to providing tools and information that help our players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Bji Baji players and can be accessed directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately and increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a specified duration of play to remind you of how long you have been active in a session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for a set period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the Bji Baji platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bji Baji's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bji Baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if Bji Baji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bji Baji does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, you access the platform at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bji Baji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Bji Baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the platform upon login, a notification sent to your registered contact details, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the Bji Baji platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Any activity on your account after the effective date of an amendment will constitute acceptance regardless of whether you have reviewed the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or your use of the Bji Baji platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which Bji Baji's operating licence is issued. Details of the governing jurisdiction are available upon written request to the Bji Baji compliance team.

In the event of a dispute between you and Bji Baji, we encourage you to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of player queries and complaints are resolved quickly through direct communication. Where an informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism specified in our licence conditions.

You agree that any legal proceedings you initiate against Bji Baji must be brought within one year from the date on which the relevant cause of action arose. Claims not brought within this period are time-barred.
